LITA-400 Series Trace Nitrogen Analyzer
Plasma Emission Spectroscopy Trace N₂
The LITA-400 series is an online trace N₂ analyzer based on plasma emission spectroscopy and digital signal processing, enabling real-time monitoring of N₂ impurities in inert gases for industrial processes and scientific experiments. With high automation, powerful functionality, user-friendly operation and diverse data interfaces, it is widely applied in air separation units (ASUs) and argon purification systems.
Key Features
High-precision spectroscopic detection: plasma emission spectroscopy uses high-frequency high-voltage ionization to excite nitrogen atoms for quantitative analysis via characteristic emission spectra—sensitive, precise and free of radioactive hazards; available in 0–10 ppm and 0–100 ppm ranges for long-term online trace nitrogen monitoring.
Maintenance-free and highly stable: a design free of consumable components such as light source lamps eliminates periodic spare-part replacement for long-term continuous monitoring; a high-precision Mass Flow Controller automatically regulates chamber flow to prevent fluctuation-induced errors, guaranteeing repeatability and long-term stability.
Easy operation and seamless integration: an intuitive color touchscreen and versatile I/O (4–20 mA, RS232/RS485, relay) for seamless DCS/PLC integration; fits a standard 19-inch rack (220 VAC, ~60 W) for easy deployment.
